• Have your own tools or willing to purchase. We have a standard list of required tools.
• Must be able to navigate attics, tight spaces and ladders.
• Play well with others.
• Support and deliver high levels Customer Satisfaction and Customer Care
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Work with minimal supervision
• Complete all paperwork and handheld digital device(tablet) entries as required
• Communicate with dispatch and other team members to ensure timely responses and accuracy of information
• Promote products and services offered by Company
• Properly care for company vehicles, tools, tablet and other company property
• Must represent the company in an ethical and professional manner at all times
• Must be reliable and maintain high standard of regular attendance

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Be able to pass a criminal and driving background check and pre-employment substance screening. (Yes, we check it!)
• Be EPA Certified or willing to obtain.
• Have a minimum of 2 years current experience working in the HVAC industry. A high mechanical aptitude is required. 
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to details and willingness to learn.
