Responsibilities and Skills Required

• Be reliable and available.

• Must be able to navigate attics, tight spaces and ladders.
• Play well with others.
• Servicing air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems including associated components and accessories.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs focusing on first time repairs and call back prevention
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency requests

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Be able to pass a criminal and driving background check and pre-employment substance screening. (Yes, we check it!)
• Be EPA Certified. 
• Have a minimum of 3 years current experience working on residential and light commercial equipment including Heat Pump, Straight Cool, Package Units and Mini-Split Systems. VRV and VRF Multi-port system experience is preferred, but not required.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to details and excellent rapport building skills.
